At Andrew Morris Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and documentation, into the original shipping box or a comparable protective container.
Ship to Our Pro Shop
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our golf experts inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
